Order Processing

All orders are lovingly prepared within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing time allows us to carefully inspect, package, and prepare your pieces before they begin their journey to you.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow along as your new favorite piece makes its way to you.

 

Shipping
 

Kristal’s Closet partners with reliable shipping carriers, including USPS, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and location and will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
 

Estimated shipping times after processing:

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when offered

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of Kristal’s Closet’s control.

 

Tracking Information
 

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Kristal’s Closet is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package experiences an issue while in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

 

Address Changes
 

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. Kristal’s Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error with your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help make changes before your order has been shipped.

 

Returns & Exchanges
 

At Kristal’s Closet, we want every piece you receive to feel like it was meant for you. If your order does not work out, we offer returns according to the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

To be accepted, returned items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Be in original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or signs of wear

For the health and safety of our customers, the following items cannot be returned:

• Intimates

• Accessories

• Gift cards

Return Requests
 

To begin a return, please contact kristal@kristalscloset.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you would like to return

• The reason for your return

Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Store Credit & Exchanges
 

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
 

Every piece at Kristal’s Closet is carefully inspected before being sent on its way. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order information so we can make it right.
